Private beta service
The beta is provided without a paid subscription and may change as research identifies better workflows. We will avoid breaking changes without notice where practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Export important records before relying on them elsewhere.
Your plans and content
You retain responsibility for content you add. You grant the service permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and support your private plans. A plan owner controls plan lifecycle and organizer access but must respect participants' privacy and legal rights.
Financial coordination is not payment processing
Expense allocations and repayment suggestions are coordination aids. The service does not hold money, process cards, guarantee payment, or provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Participants must review amounts and confirm repayments themselves.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, expose private data, distribute malware, bypass access controls, overload the service, or coordinate unlawful activity. Do not upload payment credentials, government identifiers, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Invitations and security
Treat invitation links like private credentials. Send each link only to its intended participant, revoke a link that may have been exposed, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited to protect participants, investigate abuse, meet a legal obligation, or preserve service reliability. You can leave plans and request account deletion through the product controls.
Beta limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without promises beyond these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
